Return & Shipping Policy

We encourage you to check your items upon receipt. If any product is found to be expired, missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery or collection so we can assist you with a return or exchange.

To help us process your request efficiently, please provide video evidence of the unboxing as well as clear photos of the item(s) in question.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

If you wish to return a product, kindly contact us first at hello@vitagreen.sg so we can guide you through the process. 

Returns must be confirmed in advance and are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer

Please note that consumable items are non-refundable.
