Sound familiar?

Which one is you?

“My eyes are tired by the end of the workday.”
“I’m on a screen from morning to midnight.”
“I’m holding my phone further away than I used to.”
“I wear contact lenses most days.”
“I want to look after my eyesight before I have to.”

I See is a daily supplement for adults who want to look after their eyes, especially on long screen days.

The benefits

What a daily capsule
does for your eyes.

Supports healthy vision

Daily nutrition for eyes that work hard.

Made for screen-heavy days

Lutein and zeaxanthin are the pigments in the eye that filter blue light.

Nourishes the retina and macula

Both pigments are concentrated there, and your body cannot make them.

For tired eyes

Bilberry, rich in anthocyanins, is a long-standing choice for tired eyes.

Antioxidant support

From goji, bilberry and marigold.

Nourishes the eyes from within

In Chinese medicine the eyes are nourished through the liver and kidneys. Goji and dendrobium are the classic herbs for both.

The formula

More than
lutein alone.

Most eye supplements stop at lutein. I See pairs lutein and zeaxanthin from marigold with three herbs used for the eyes in Chinese and Western tradition.

  • Lutein and zeaxanthin. The two pigments found in the macula. They come only from food or supplements.
  • Goji and dendrobium. The classic Chinese herbs for the eyes.
  • Bilberry. A European berry rich in anthocyanins.

What to expect

Give it
time.

Lutein and zeaxanthin build up in the eye slowly, so a supplement like this is one to take every day, not now and then. We suggest at least three months.

  1. 01
    Box 1 · days 1 to 40

One capsule a day with water. Pair it with breakfast so you remember.

  2. 02
    Box 2 · days 41 to 80

Keep going. Taking it every day matters most.

  3. 03
    Box 3 · days 81 to 120

Finish the three boxes, then judge the difference for yourself.

Individual results vary.

Contact our team
Why lutein and zeaxanthin?

They are the two pigments naturally concentrated in the retina and macula. Your body cannot make them, so they come only from food or supplements.

How long before I notice a difference?

It varies from person to person. Lutein and zeaxanthin build up in the eye slowly, so we suggest taking it every day for at least three months.

How do I take it?

Take 1 capsule a day with water. The pack allows up to 2 capsules a day.

Which pack should I choose?

One box lasts 40 days, two last 80 and three last 120. Three boxes cover the three months we suggest, at the lowest price per box.

Is it only for older adults?

No. It is also for people who spend long hours on computers and phones and want eye nutrition as part of their routine.

I wear contact lenses or have had laser surgery. Can I take it?

It is a nutritional supplement taken by mouth, so lenses do not affect it. If you are under the care of an eye doctor, ask them first.

Can I take it with medication?

If you take prescription medicine, including blood thinners such as warfarin, or have a long-term condition, speak to your doctor before starting.

Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Speak to your doctor first.

Are there side effects?

It is a herbal supplement, and people can react differently to herbs. If you notice any discomfort or reaction, stop taking it and seek medical advice.

Does it replace an eye check?

No. I See is a health supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any eye disease. Keep up your regular eye checks, and see a professional about any sudden change in your vision.

What are the delivery and return terms?

Delivery is free on all Singapore orders. See the Return & Shipping policy: consumable items are non-refundable. For expired, missing, incorrect or damaged items, contact the team within seven working days of receipt.
